你们谈好buyer 几年之内买,他们到期要找好loan， 是这样子吗？

5% of sale price 做为premium payment. 你要求他们增加rent 了吗？平常修理费谁负责？可以全让他们take care 吗？如果他们不交房租，你们的合约是怎么写的？
