To fix:

 

Outside:

• Wasp nests on the south side of the house
• Some siding popping off by nests as well as to the left of the backyard water spout
• Screen door to patio does not lock
• Doorbell is not functional. May only need another AA battery
• Most screens have minor tears (biggest is roughly dime sized on screen above kitchen sink)
• Side entrance door knob wobbly
• No trash can

 

Inside:

 

Kitchen:

• Ice dispenser malfunctioning. There may be a leak in the water line as we have found water pooling in top of the freezer door. Ice chest may not close properly because it does not hold ice but leaks causing rust on the outside of freezer
• Chipped countertop on peninsula in kitchen
• Dining room table light
• Can't start the dishwasher because the lip of the counter blocks the buttons when it is closed

 

Smaller rooms/bathroom:

• Hallway light by the two smaller bedrooms
• No toilet paper holder in small bathroom
• No stopper in bathroom sink
• No hand towel ring
• Some scrapes and dings on doorframe of light grey/blue room
• Door to light grey/blue room does not shut because the outdoor lock prevents it from closing fully and the handle will also not latch
• Curtains are frayed at bottom
• Hole in Gray carpeted room behind the door.
• Curtain rod in teal room needs another support. It's currently duct taped.
• Peeling wallpaper in closet of teal room
• Exposed wires at baseboard of teal room
• Another coat of paint needed in teal room over patchy areas in particular where white caulk shows through
• Door handle to closet next to small bathroom catches and does not latch unless manually latched

 

Master and master bathroom:

• Toilet paper holder in master bath is loose
• Above right sink in master bath lightbulb burned out
• No hand towel loops for either sink in the master bathroom
• No towel bars in master bathroom
• Chipped countertop on left sink in master bath
• Wobbly shelving unit above right sink
• Door handle to walk-in closet loose
• Tub doesn't have drain cover top

 

Living room:

• Thermostat says the air filter needs to be replaced

 

Mudroom:

• Furnace filter needs to be replaced
• Please remove freezer chest from property as we will not be using it.
