合租的年轻人好不好？

一个房子，三房两卫，$1700,/月。三个年轻男性申请， 信用都不错，》670，但是收入都不高，有的是研究生，有奖学金， 一个是攀岩教练，2600大刀每月，一个是intern, $500/month,但是爸爸提供$1200/month, his father is a co-signer, but he did not like to provide his dad's social security number, all of them has rental history and no eviction history. what do you think? all they be good tenants?谢谢。
