How to check credit without Social Security Number

请教专家：

有个申请人不原意提供社安号和驾照号。

收入高，是房租的15倍。网上可以查到这个人。

年轻夫妇两个学前儿童。

自住房进入合同期，筹备自建房。

请问考虑这个申请人吗？

怎么查信用？用哪个网站？
