Tenant提前结束lease，我可以从他们多付的rent里面deduct agent comission吗？

Tenant 买了房子，6/15搬出，lease7/31才到期，他同意lease上的term关于early termination

我们的lease关于early termination是这么讲的：

In addition to any obligations established by paragraph 24, in the event of termination by Tenant prior to completion of the original term of the Agreement, Tenant shall also be responsible for lost Rent, rental commissions, advertising expenses and painting costs necessary to ready Premises for re-rental. Landlord may withhold any such amounts from Tenant's security deposit.

我们现在是远程管理的第一年，这个房子比较好租，过去两年每次换tenant都是提前一个月打广告，能做到三天无缝衔接。如果找agent帮我出租，他要收$1800的commission，这个算作“rental comission”吧？我的travel expense能算在advertising expense里面吗？这么算来可能找agent还是不太划算……
