请教各位前辈一个空调的问题, 远程的一个出租房,

PM发邮件说不工作了,经查说是压缩机坏了, 需要换压缩机和充氟里昂, 但是压缩机是一年前换的,还有warreny, 可以换一个压缩机, 但我们要付七百多的人工费. 他们还给了另一个选择就是"replace the entire outdoor unit of the HVAC for 2500 plus tax.The new unit would have a 10 year parts and compressor warranty. The current outdoor unit is about 14 years old and other things may go out on it anytime. "

我的问题是换压缩机的 warrenty是只包括parts, 而不包括labour吗? 请大家帮忙分析一下我应该选择PM 提出的哪一个做法?感觉就像案板上的肉任由PM宰割.谢谢各位的回复!
