房子租给学生们，暑期二、三个月怎么办？

有的学生要回国二、三个月，该收他们的房租还是让空置着都挺难决定的。他们有的不愿意付租金因为他们不在，但我也不想 为他们 hold 着房子没收入。大伽们你们是怎么处理的。谢谢先
