Apartment complex VS SFH

我现在的properties 都是SFH, 最近看了几个apartment complex, 每个都是有二十几个unit, 看着收入比SFH要好，但是离我比较远，不过apartment 是有专人负责。因为没有做apartment 的经验，请教老师们：和SFH，apartment 有哪些不一样的，需要特别注意的？
