in the court! 法庭只认法律规定好的procedure。送notice送不到人手上就是不算，所以世界上专门有给人送notice的公司，靠这个吃饭的。这些专业人员天天起早贪黑的埋伏在人家门口，一定递到成人手上，然后立刻填表，仔细描述接表的人的长相特征，递到的时间地点，等等。法庭只认这个，而不是你找个什么朋友去说，法官怎么知道你不是找个合伙的朋友去撒谎？你离专业差太远啦，先学习吧。
