求助： emotional support animals

各位地主前辈们， 有没有人处理过emotional support animals的问题。该租客住在三单位的一个apartment里，上周五提出emotional support animals的请求，并提供了治疗师的证明信。看过网上的资料，似乎必须同意。因为有其他的租客，虽然租约里有“no pet"的规定，但不适用emotional support animals。为了减少自己的损失和保护其他的租客，请教大家应该怎么应对，多谢！
