请教：如果换countertop下面的柜子，还能保留原来的countertop吗？

自住房，原房主卖房的时候把countertop换成花岗岩的了，但是柜子还是原来的oak的柜子。十多年的oak柜子显得老旧，如果想把柜子换成新的，能保留现有的上面的花岗岩countertop吗？
