修屋顶不保修，正常吗？

白人，看着挺正规，专做屋顶和外面的siding. 但他说不保修，只有全部新做的屋顶才保修，10年。我心里就不爽了，万一修好第二天又漏了呢？

 

另外有家华人，说几年都免费负责修。但我查了下，好像不是专门做屋顶的，号称大小装修都做。担心他吹牛
