请教南加橙县买房建议

新春快乐????狗年大吉！ 计划从美国大农村搬家到温暖的南加，三口之家，一百万以下的自住房,旧房也可以，治安好，学区不要太差,靠海边近些，英文没问题，最好七八十万, 2000sqft左右的自住房。请多多指教，多谢建议????
