One agent told me that I may get non Fannie, Freddie loans

from international sources. They don't have the 4 property rule like that for FNM/FRED. And these new non FNM programs even offer 10% down. So, he is still checking for me. If these international channels open up for me, I may want to buy 12 more houses each with only 10% down.
