and you will find some agents with multiple houses on sale. These agents may not be Chinese. But they are most likely the most experienced agents in REO business. What do you mean trustable? There is really not much issue with trust. As long as you get the good price, sign the addendum, get the loan and go to closure, all standard process. You may have to pay 5000-15000 to fix/renovate. But you do need to have a sense of damage and how they cost. The agents who are familiar with REOs often have a good sense. You can also bring a Chinese contractor to estimate the price.
