有一句话想请教 Defendant's appeal bond is
set at $4000, 房客连这份judgement都没有要就走了。我是担心他在起诉，这样损失
就更大了。房客要交了4000才能起诉是吗？感觉房客拿不出4000美金，当然我也不能小
看他，忐忑中。
