does a lease agreement all have a 'liability section' as mine?

The lease agreement I am using right now has a liability section saying this:

LIABILITY. Tenant agrees that Landlord and its employees and agents shall not be liable to Tenant for any damage to or loss of personal property located in the premises or for injuries to persons occurring in the premises. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to Tenant, Tenant's family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any person entering the Premises or the building of which the Premises are a part or to goods or equipment, or in the structure or equipment of the structure of which the Premises are a part.

 

Is this reasonable?
