上个月在MRIS LIST 上看到了几个特别便宜的房子,事先看好了外面,专等周五的拍卖.

 

周五,一大早起来,吃吃漱漱,就向着第一栋出发了.

 

这栋房子建于1991年,三层,双车库,前有走廊,后有大阳台. 新房顶,新地毯.

二楼除三个中等大小的房间外,还有一个超大的主卧房.

一楼有厨房,饭厅,客厅,娱乐厅,都是超大号的.

地下室也颇具规模.

房子状况非常好.除地下室需要重修外,可立即搬入.

 

起拍价5万美元.

 

 

我想要竟拍,但不超过15万.

 

开拍后,第一个叫7.5万,第二个就叫到了17.5万. 最后28万,外加10%费手续费.共30.8万.

 

第二栋房子老些,但毕竟是独立房,起拍价2.5万.

我想,若不超过五万,我就要.结果拍到了十万多.

 

第三个是公寓.市场价不过七八万,结果拍出了九万二.

 

然后呢,第四个联派屋,我们看都不想看了.
