房客索要前院landscape材料费

与房客一年前签的lease中，规定房客负责landscape 维护. 职业landscaper房客说计划自费装耐干旱landscape, 我们还特意签了协议，”房客is permited by Landlord to replace front lawn at their own expense". 今天收到房客邮件, 说“need a few yards of decompose granite sand and river rock to finish it up”，要我回电话，看来是至少要材料费。房子也许会增些值，但未必增加房租，甚至未来潜在房客不喜欢rock and sand drought tolerant front yard. 再则本有协议在先. 各位地主同仁，要是你的话，会不会出材料费？多谢
