求助！Option period马上要结束, 发现去年有一个15K water damage claim

Insurance agent说不搞清detail和repair confirmation的话，没法issue insurance, 因为这个claim说明有big issue before.

inspection做过了，倒是没发现water damage.

这是继承房，seller说她什么都不知道。

该怎么办呢？要撤吗？
