and get your 1% back even if you signed and submitted the sales contract. Please write the 1% check to the middle man, i.e., the real estate agency, for example, like Remax or Century21. Don't write it to the bank or bank's agent. By doing so, when you withdraw, you can easily ask your agent/agency to return the check to you.
