可以把旧公司401k rollover 到Vangard Roth IRA 账户吗？

我在vanguard建了traditional IRA account，然后建了Roth IRA account，

而且backdoor，放了$5500在traditional，然后transfer 到了 Roth IRA。

我现在想把以前公司的401k，也放到vanguard的 IRA里，但不知是放到那个IRA里，

traditional IRA？ Roth IRA？还是需要再建一个IRA acount？

请问该如何roll over？
