appraisal 竟然dispute成功了！

从二十六万到二十九万，虽然比预想的低，已经是意外之喜了。

用sales comp没有奏效，对方咬定那些精装修的房子不能比。最后我找出最低价comparable房的MLS info, 上面写清楚房子可能有structural issue. 这回appraiser打电话给最低价房seller agent问了，然后把估价提了三万。

看来除非有强有力的证据，一般dispute是不成的。
