各位大侠，怎么对付这种无赖的房客？经常回来砍断并且偷走外面水管

今年五、六月份的时候，赶走了一个房客，那个房客穷凶极恶，偷车，锯车，搬走之后，她又回来锯外面的水管，偷走了。信箱也毁坏了。当然，我没有当面发现，所以没有证据。只是报警而已。

我修好了，我因为事情就过去了，算了。

没想到今天早上水管又被锯掉，偷走了，房子里面住着新房客。

各位，有什么办法吗？这样下去，也很麻烦。每次修水管3-400 美元，新房客也不高兴。
