飓风来了，房客要主动给窗户装板。这事头一次遇到，大家怎么考虑？

他说会按正确方式装不会损坏房子。还通过管理公司问是不是可以报销费用。

其实我想是几个问题，1.是不是准许他装。感觉如果不让他装也不和情理吧，这和安全相关。2.怎么保证不损坏房子？咱是遥控，不知道飓风区怎么装窗板。板子是订到窗框上吗，如何正确安装？3.我觉得全部费用都我出没道理。但即使我仅出一部分费用，这事就变成给我做的了，出问题变成跟我相关。所以这个人情好像也不该送。

初步想准许房客装，要他不要搞坏房子，并且是他自己出费用和承担liablity。想法？
