one bankcrupt in 2008. they refuse to have credit check and income verification. only provide their recent primary house closing statement to prove they have money.

 

the other bankcrupt in 2010 and want me to give them 10% discount with them to fix small repairs.

 

Now you got idea what kind of people go bankcrupt.
