购买豪华银行房，诚请解惑

7，000英尺，5卧，5浴，4车库，3壁炉，3英亩地。18洞高尔夫球场旁。市场价70万，50万能拿下。搬进去不是选项。转手上市，也不太可能。买家会有心理障碍。打算持有2-3 年。房贷每月，3，000。本地房租大都在，1，500美元以下。现在市场上，最贵的房租3，250 美元。房子只有这个一半大。即使我也租这个价，也不一定能租出去。冷暖气费每月要上千。当然房贷我能付得起。我现在比较犹豫。诚请这里的朋友不吝赐教。买，还是不买？谢谢。
