you can NOT withdrawal since you're the seller. Only buyer can backout if the contingencies (Loan/Inspection/Appraisal) are not removed. When seller refuse to repair... Buyer can purchase it as is, and buyer is already signed to remove contingency, you don't have a choice. if I understand the contract correctly.
