房子被转租-如何确认？如何处理？

租约几年前到期后自动变成按月租。之后涨过一次价但还是远低于市场价。房客按时交房租。最近发现此房子在zillow 上两年前被高价出租的历史。我怀疑是这个房客搬走了然后当二房东把房子转租出去了。现联系房客但无回音。请问：1-如何确认房客已经转租房子了？ 2-假设确认成功，下一步如何做？如何结束与原租客的月租合同？因与现住sublet租客没有任何关系， 也没有其信息，怎样进行驱赶？
