do you trust your agent? the bailout is not going

to take effect until a few month down the road. no one knows how it will affect the economy. the bailout may give the banks a huge tax break for their losses. will that stabilize the housing market? does your agent know anything about anything except trying to sell you a house?
also realtor association economists were always babbling about housing market having reached the bottom. should we have trusted them?
