An old "Rule of Thumb" in a bear market(ZT)

An old "Rule of Thumb": In a Bear Market most stocks fall in half, then fall in half again.

So, since VLO topped out at $78 per share in the summer of 2007, it should fall in half to $39, then fall in half again to $19.50.

VLO has a few more points to go.
