请问各位有经验的地主们

我的后院有一车库，大约面积1100尺，里面水电己完成。我想隔成2个房间，一个浴室，一个厅，一个小厨房。算是客人套间吧。室内装修就一般。可能还需要挖一个处理卫生间的地下池？需要城市许可。这样大约预算是多少？
