请教一个water heater 的问题

一个两家庭房子，共用一个water heater。 如果要分开每户计算,一定要再买第二个water heater 装上吗.?

还是可以装两个表分开？不太懂, 请大师们帮忙指点一下,如何做比较好.谢谢!
