我能扣下买家这5000块押金吗

我卖个房， 合同约定15天内做检查。检查费买家出。15天刚刚过，因为是老房子，买家提出还要检查铅和石棉 （估计是银行要求的， 不然不贷款）， 检查费估计得2000多。而且买家还想让我出这个费用。

我想断然拒绝， 然后扣下押金， 不知可行否？
