房客 没有遵守法庭合同，怎么办？

在法庭上，我，房东，和房客达成新协议，必须在四月底付给我 2500美元；如果即使缺一分钱，都在4月30日晚失去possesion of the property.

截止昨天，房客仅仅付给我 1500美元。现在我应该在法庭打什么官司？
