Please check your 20% bond fund's duration!

If your bond fund duration is more than 2 years, you need to move them to short term bond fund instead.  If the bond fund has the during of 5 years, that means that it will lose 5% of net asset value for every 1% interest raised by Fed.  If you don't have the choice of a short term bond fund, I would put them into the cash in 401(k).
