if you hire me as the listing agent.  I'm licensed in CA. Normally we do 2-3 open houses, but can be 4 or more if not enough interest is observed.... 

It's still seller's market in Bay Area, 

If listing agent has buyer or the listing is previewed with peers, it could be sold pre-MLS...
