有个realtor说只要有appraisal report,就可用实际面积,担心closing后buyer去县里登记是会不会有麻烦,或我会不会有什么麻烦?因由面积来定listing price. 请给个建议。谢谢!
准备卖自住房,以前refinance时测有的面积比县里记录的多150平方英尺,请问卖房时是用实际面积还是县里记录的面积?

跟建造时面积有差基本是因为非法加建。比如挑高的foyer被合拢
