REO house dual agent

热心万能的投资朋友们，请问各位REO house 可以用seller agent 买房吗？One REO house had been on market for two weeks without offers (I guess)， here is the email I got from the listing agent. 有风险吗？谢谢大家！ Ok, this house is the cheapest in the same area with similar side. I wanted to let you know how this process works. These all go to online auction but I have a way to submit prior and try to tie this up before the auction.
