为啥一定要反对这个$700B BAILOUT

$700B=$100K X 7 MILLION
=$70K X 10 MILLION
=$50K X 14 MILLION

假设经济很惨，7百万人遭解雇，用这笔钱可以救济每人10万；一千万人遭解雇，用这笔钱可以救济每人7万... 如果给了$700B，经济不好，大批人再遭解雇，老百姓就惨了，美国就玩蛋了。

有人可能会说，这$700B会收回的。肯定一两年之内收不回多少，几年之内能收回多少不知道。

比较稳妥的办法是先救$100B，几个月后国会再议，在$100B，然后国会再议(CERTIFICATION)，需要再投, UP TO $400 or $700B。

美国政俯浪费纳税人的钱是份常高效的，$700B的闸门一开，快就几个星期，慢就两三个月钱就流光，小布什下台前，他会把钱掏光。
