大理是真正的四季如春城市，可能是国内气候最好的地方了，而且没有工业污染。洱海水质非常好，苍山的泉水直接可以饮用。你的BUDGET买那里的房子足够了。目前价格在5000-6000RMB/M^2.

大理有大家常说的风花雪月，可以看日月同辉的好地方，非常宜居。

看看那里的照片。很多人去了就不想走的地方。那里就是文艺青年追求的诗和远方。
