敬请这里的高手指点，最近美中西部出租房难找租客。广告登出近两个月刚刚收到一个人申请。

此人的收入只有租金的两倍。而且有过被驱逐的经历但据她说不愿她。她说她不是签约的人。说是妈妈可以co-sign。这样的人可以租给她吗？先谢各位的指教。谢谢大家！
