If you get the house at 168k, you can rent out for $1,500/m or $18k/yr.  If we say that the property tax is 2% of the property value, it will be $3,300.  Annual maintenance about 10% of the rent will be $1,800.  Your annual return of this rental is about 7.5%.  Not bad.  Good luck.
