You can do it yourself !

You don't need a FA to open a Roth IRA.  You can open one yourself in Vanguard or Fidelity or Charles Schwab.  As for what to invest, at this point with the equity market at all time high, you can get into the market by using the dollar-cost averaging method.  Meanwhile, please read 'Common Sense on Mutual Funds' by John Bogle.  You should learn something about investing.  Good luck.
