急！请教怎样在小木屋ceiling上加隔热层？

急！请教怎样在小木屋ceiling上加隔热层？ 屋顶有点象图: http://cdn.decoist.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/Simple-and-subtle-wood-paneled-ceiling-incorporates-the-existing-wooden-beams-seamlessly-217x155.jpg 中国人Contractor说要在每两根木枋加小木枋再加R13 Batt Insulation, 再盖上dry wall（就是墙上装insulation 的方法）. dry wall 很重，我很担心会掉下来。你们觉得呢？还有其他别的方法吗？谢谢
