AGI在15万以上买投资房不能deduct expense?

这两天在准备税表，吃惊地发现AGI在15万以上就不能deduct出租房的维修管理费用了。是我没有弄对还是本来就这样？？那我干嘛买出租房？去年没有租金，今年有租金了要交的税更多了，因为更没有办法deduct了。难怪地主们都做专业的。砖家们有什么建议？
