租客要求降租过年，咋办？

租客：Goodmorning .  just a question can we have a discount for rent for the month of January.. it would be a fabulous Christmas present.

我回答：Haha, ok, I will give you $100 discount for Jan 2017 only, then I ask my husband give to me $100 gift, make my account flat.
