各位请看这个案例, 有无相似的经验可借鉴?

相中一个townhome，可旁边的邻居,(已有多你年无人居住,处于pre forclosure阶段,房主也联系不到)

由于homeless 的夜晚闯入入住，升火区取暖,引发火灾，将整个unit 烧成了这样，相邻的墙的isolation 层也又部分烧坏，这样的TH 买上会有多大麻烦，若过户后我能否向目前TH 的保险公司索赔。

另外，若火灾的这个破unit 还是长期不修理,我买下这TH会不会很  难租出去，本身的价值也跌得厉害？
