房子的deed 不知道放哪里了，深入找了，也没找到。我说要去补办，怕万一要卖房子时需要。领导说不需要补办，如果要卖房子，realtor 会帮忙办好所有的文件。是这样的吗？

 

那如果自己卖，需要出据deed 吗？
