在craiglist上发了招租广告，有个人说自己是学生，邮件见下，是骗子套路吗

我的房子1600每个月，下面这个人是否可信？是否是骗子套路？

 

Thanks for the quick response ,My name is Lynna Dow 25YRS Female student , I'm presently in  Seattle WA .I have a death in my family , but i will try to come look it next week  if not pictures will do for now ,please let me know the total move in cost and date ,My budget is $300 to $1500 Monthly ,I'm planning to move in by the end of this month,(November) but i can stay in hotel room before the move in date, If need be .I will also  deposit this week to hold the place for myself ,I will like to know the total move in cost. I'm planning to pay for the first six months , Because I'm staying for one year .I will send you my picture in the next for you to see what I look like .
